Dishes to share, great main courses accompanied by excellent wine varieties and very sweet desserts. This is just a summary of what’s in store for you with our special group menus this Christmas 2020.
Our first proposal is made up of four individual main courses and a dessert. Wok style prawn Aguachile and roasted pineapple, chipotle, pink pepper and fresh dill, Cod gratin with almond alioli and Piquillo peppers over toasted noodles and Raspberry Viennese Sachertorte are some of the stars of our Santa Claus menu. You can pair your Christmas lunch with our selection of wines with PDO Rueda, PDO Jumilla or PDO Malaga.
Our Snowflakes menu features three dishes to share, two main courses to choose from and a dessert. How about enjoying a Melted goat cheese crunchy salad, Goji berries, nuts and roasted tomato cherries with balsamic dressing or Monkfish & leek croquettes with chili-mango chutney in your company celebration? Will you be able to choose between the Local Iberian pork roll with caramelized onions, potatoes and goat cheese parmentier with Del Padrón peppers and the Roasted salmon with coconut-curry-citronella and sauteed quinoa? If there is one thing that will make all the guests agree, that’s how appetising the dessert of Tiger nut milk Tiramisu on the rock is.
Finally, our brightest menu, Christmas Lights, will delight you with four dishes to share and a meat or fish main course to choose from. The sweet grand finale is provided by the Raspberry Viennese Sachertorte, but first you will have the opportunity to taste a Humita pot with grated local goat cheese and Spanish anise-cakes, the Roasted chicken carnitas with lime and pickled onions patacon, a Sea bass ceviche, green curry and local grown avocado and a Baby leaf salad, Miso marinated chicken, sugared almonds and citrus vinaigrette. Are you full already? Well, the main courses are coming: Fresh herbs marinated skirt steak, roasted baby potatoes and smoked salt or Cod gratin with almond alioli and Piquillo peppers over toasted noodles.
