Our Executive Chef began his training at La Cónsula, Malaga’s famous Hospitality School. Since qualifying, he has had an unstoppable career: he worked in prestigious restaurants, side by side with renowned chefs such as Diego Gallegos.

Mario Rosado is now one of Malaga’s young talents in the area of creative cuisine. His cuisine is creative and provocative, and is constantly changing thanks to his permanent curiosity and his desire to test new combinations. Without a doubt, Mario’s cuisine surprises and always leaves clients with a desire to return and discover more about his new creations.

Our Brand Ambassador was also a star pupil of La Cónsula, Malaga’s Hospitality School, and he completed his training in renowned Spanish restaurants with Michelin stars, as well as restaurants in England and Austria.

After completing his training, Iván Bravo worked throughout Spain where he was nourished by a multitude of influences collected from different types of cuisine and which today define Iván’s cuisine. He has collaborated in gastronomic events in Canada, Switzerland and Dubai, and is a member of Gastroarte, the Gastronomical Association of Andalusia.
