In 2011, Grupo Premium opened the doors of La Terraza de San Telmo in the heart of Malaga, a pioneering idea that laid the foundations of the Premium philosophy. The Alcazaba Premium Hotel was born four years later, with its Terraza de la Alcazaba and the Batik restaurant. With the inauguration of this first accommodation proposal, we intended that every local or visitor could enjoy a designer’s hotel, full of charm and with innovative gastronomic proposals that would lay the foundations of Grupo Premium haute cuisine. In addition, this boutique hotel, with a clever flexible offer, located in the heart of the city, next to the Alcazaba and the Plaza de la Merced, is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. Our hotel’s guests love enjoying Malaga’s day and nightlife just a few steps away from their hotel. Besides, neither tourists nor locals can resist a delicious and original meal in Batik, nor go up to La Terraza de la Alcazaba for a drink while enjoying the spectacular views of the city.
Subsequently, in 2017, Malaga Premium Hotel, a three-star Superior boutique hotel, was established as the first gastronomic hotel in Malaga. Designed for all types of visitors, whether they come to Malaga on business, as a couple, or as a family, this hotel also revolutionized the Premium dining landscape with the daring proposals of the Bendito restaurant and the Yubá Experience dining experience space. Each of them offers a different gastronomic space with unique concepts and decorations: while Yubá provides an unparalleled gastronomic experience with which you can immerse yourself in a sensory and multicultural journey. Bendito brings the best of the Malaga market to your table and makes you feel at home thanks to its relaxed atmosphere. In addition, you can not miss the great attraction of the center of Malaga: a chillout terrace, La Terraza de San Juan. In it, you can meet with your loved ones, enjoy our varied cocktail offers and spend unforgettable moments with beautiful views of the city, in this case, the historic tower of the Church of San Juan, the cathedral, and the mountains of Malaga.
A few years later, the gastronomy of Grupo Premium surprised the people of Malaga once again with the arrival of Cruzcampo’s La Fábrica in Malaga’s Soho, an alternative space where you can enjoy urban culture, the arts, music, and, above all, unique gastronomic experiences. Its incomparable craft beers, served together with delicious dishes, make the experience at La Fábrica perfect.
In 2020, the last members of the Premium Group arrived in a staggered way. The Apartamentos Málaga Premium, first with the building on Granada Street and then with San Telmo Street, has laid the foundations for a new concept of accommodation within the group. These apartment buildings offer you spacious rooms with all the comforts to make your experience in Malaga unique, complete, and with a very Premium touch. And, of course, both buildings have a Premium terrace on their rooftops: La Terraza del Quizás and La Terraza de San Telmo.
This way, Grupo Premium has been growing over time and adapting its spaces for all kinds of events that meet the needs of its guests. So much so that it also has the Nomadic Room, a space for meetings and personalized events located on the second floor of Málaga Premium Hotel. Interviews, seminars, training courses… this room can be adapted to all the needs of our guests, as can the rest of the Group’s spaces.
