The best way to enjoy cooking is to experience it up close. That’s why we invite you to our exclusive gastronomic show cooking Confessions of the Chef, an event designed for those who are truly passionate about gastronomy.
During this exclusive experience, you will witness chef Mario Rosado visualise his dishes and share his culinary secrets and techniques as he prepares a surprise menu of 5 exquisite dishes before your eyes. You can pair it with the best of our cellar. From the selection of fresh, local Malaga products to the final presentation, every step of the process will be explained in detail, giving you a privileged insight into the restaurant’s kitchen. You will also have the opportunity to interact with the chef, ask questions, and get tips that you can apply in your own kitchen.
The event will take place every Thursday at 8pm from September 19th. Whether you are a food enthusiast or just enjoy a good meal, this event is perfect for you. Come and experience a night of inspiration and flavour you won’t forget!
On October 9th at 9pm, a never-seen-before experience is coming to Bendito. The presentation of the dishes is a key factor in any culinary experience, but during Blind Tasting, this aspect takes a surprising turn. Blindfolded, you will enjoy 3 delicious surprise dishes depending on the menu you choose (meat, seafood or vegan), which includes two starters, a main course, a dessert and a drink.
Without the possibility of seeing colours, shapes and details, we invite you to rediscover the beauty of food through your senses. Here, presentation becomes a matter of textures, aromas and sounds; every detail is designed to make you experience food in a whole new way. In the dark, you will feel the textures in your mouth more intensely, the aroma will guide you to the dish and the crunch or softness of each bite will make you feel different.
This event, which will soon announce the date for reservations, challenges you to put aside your sight and immerse yourself in a full sensory experience, where the absence of light can enhance the very essence of gastronomy. A unique experience that will change the way you perceive food.
