Our restaurant in Malaga Bendito introduces its new 2024 menu

Now that summer is approaching, you probably want to come to Malaga for a few days. If you are one of the regulars and have come downtown to stroll through its streets, do not miss the opportunity to visit the Bendito restaurant. Do you know about our hotel’s menu? With the intention of never ceasing to surprise you and, as part of our commitment to our environment, we renew the menu of our restaurant in Malaga to continue offering you the best local and seasonal products. Always faithful to our essence of combining the traditional with the modern. Oh! To begin with, there is nothing better than one of our exquisite starters where the most important thing is the quality of the product. Products such as mango, avocado, sardine, extra virgin olive oil or Malaga cheese are widely present. Try our delicious almond Mazamorra covered with Pedro Ximénez, smoked sardine and Alphonso mango ice cream or the magnificent warm potato salad with tuna confit, hard-boiled egg, olive and EVOO mayonnaise, our solidarity dish since 1€ of this dish will go to the Premium Group Foundation. On the other hand, we can’t help but recommend our avocados braised with Malaga ricotta, Bologna mortadella, semi-dried tomato and hazelnut vinaigrette. Sounds delicious, right?

The flavours of the Mediterranean are always present in our hotel’s menu

Our delicious main dishes in our restaurant in Malaga include the most varied Mediterranean flavours with fish from the best fish markets in the country, and, if you are a meat lover, the choice of choosing only Iberian acorn pork for our menu is undoubtedly a strong point. You can’t miss the succulent fried sea bass in panko, creamy potato and menieur of capers, shallots and shiitakes or the delicious Belly of bluefin tuna confit, curry massaman with Thai basil and leeks confit. For meat lovers, we have prepared a great Tonkatsu of Iberian pork sirloin with textures of corn and a rust Iberian lean pork fillet, fried potatoes with garlic powder and cheese and green cashew mojo sauce that will make you experience multiple sensations on the palate.

This is all amazing, but we are not going to let you go home without that final sweet touch that we love so much. Without a doubt, the Jawhara (Arab millet) of fresh cream of milk, honey and Turkish pistachio or the Sticky rice with Axarquia mango, coconut milk ice cream and peanuts will delight the sweet tooth.
