Bagaje or Baggage is the “luggage or set of things that a person takes when travelling or moving from one place to another.” In part, this is the message we want to send if you want to live an unforgettable gastronomic experience in Yubá Experience. However, such baggage will be replaced by the feelings, flavours, textures, and contrasts that you evoke in each bite.
The menu offered by our kitchen team has been made with ingredients from all over the world to add an international and exotic touch to the dishes. Of course, we always keep the essence of local cuisine by giving each gastronomic delight a Malaga touch. After all, baggage also means all the expertise of our experts in the kitchen. Life is about trying and trying, and at Yubá Experience, we do not want to fall behind.
This time, we bring you 9 different dishes to choose from. As you can see, Spanish and Arabic cultures merge perfectly with just three elements. You may want to taste something quite traditional such as brined rabbit accompanied by sweet potato encominao and a very typical Moroccan bread called “batbout.” If you are more into fish, you will find a delicious cod accompanied by a wheat stew, wild fennel and pil-pil of tripes on our menu. Such a flavours explosion in a single bite. Will you dare to taste it?
However, if you are not from here, you come to our place intentionally and feel like trying something from the area, go for our Coín tomato with lettuce and anchovy base emulsion. To sweeten your gastronomic trip, we suggest a Moroccan dessert: Jawhra or fresh cream cake with a touch of oak honey and pistachio, maybe something more local such as the Bean to bar chocolates. This expression literally means “from grain to bar,” originally from Benajarafe.

We open our space once a month, and apart from being able to make a reservation for you and your beloved ones, it is also designed for authentic gourmets who are excited about innovative cuisine and want to share their visions in a familiar environment. Although they do not know each other, they will discover something that ties them together in an unprecedented journey for the senses: gastronomy. The opening dates are Saturday 20th April, Saturday 27th May, Saturday 17th June, and Saturday 22nd July from 20:00 hours, as the sensory journey lasts about 3 hours between courses. A maximum of 10 diners will be served, representing the maximum seating capacity.
