That is why, on this occasion, this Malaga restaurant focuses on the local products and introduces a menu named “Eating Andalusia”. Let’s discover the dishes that await us on April 21st.
To whet your appetite, let’s start with a delicious Marcona’s almond garlic cold soup, roasted sardine, medlar and Pajarete wine slush, followed by some Bites duet with a distinct Andalusian flavour: Toasted butter brioche, glazed red tuna belly and black garlic style Andazul local cheese and Crispy bread with crunchy Iberian pork jowl in two bakings, mustard and Sherry-stewed onion.
