This year, to celebrate your Christmas lunch, we present a selection of three group menus. With one menu for sharing and two menus with shared starters and exquisite main courses, it’s impossible not to enjoy a Premium meal.
The Santa Claus menu is composed of 3 exquisite fusion cuisine dishes to share and a duck wok as the main course. Scamorza, mozzarella, edamames, glazed duck… are just some of the star ingredients of our Andalusian Casserole, Russian salad with tuna and Wok. Dessert? Enjoy a Creamy White Chocolate and Crunchy Oreo. A delicious and flavourful Christmas meal.
Wait, there is more ahead! Our Wise Men and Christmas Lights menus include 2 and 3 starters, respectively, and 2 main courses to choose from: meat or fish. At Bendito’s Christmas meals, the Wise Men bring white Tabbouleh seasoned with peppermint and lime, dates chicken, kalamata olives and feta cheese and Monkfish and leek croquettes with chili-mango chutney. As a main dish, you can choose between the succulent Iberian pork shoulder with roasted veggies and Green Mojo sauce with fried cashew nuts and the juicy Roasted salmon over Venere rice and Huacatay. Those with a sweet tooth will be delighted to discover the White Chocolate Flan, Thai style coconut soup and mango as a highlight of this delicious group menu.
But the brightest menu of Bendito this Christmas 2021 is the Christmas Lights, with its innovative Mexican style Caesar Salad, the amazing 63° Free-range eggs and the crunchy Vietnamese Prawn Rolls. And these are just the starters!
Now comes the difficult decision: Thick rib in two bakings with Thai style Chimichurri sauce and English style potatoes with garlic & rosemary butter or Roasted octopus over local tomato warm soup and fried egg. Sounds good, right? With dessert, there is no doubt: the Caramelized torrija, three milk soup and homemade chantilly will make all palates agree.
The Premiumexperience at Bendito doesn’t end with these three menus. You can complete your 2021 group meals and company dinners with a welcome drink, so that your special event starts off on a good footing. In addition, you can extend meeting with an open bar and top brands or even levelup and take the party to La Terraza de San Juan with a private spot and privileged views.
