That is why, our gastro hotel has prepared two great menus for you to celebrate with us your Christmas and New Year’s Evemeal in Malaga. This menu, which we’ve called White Christmas, will get you in the Christmas spirit. It starts with a delicious Focaccia with spicy tuna tartar, foie and parmesan cheese, a starter that you will not want to miss on this special day. Next, you’ll savour the amazing Pibil Pork Bomb with Jalapeño-Mayo. An explosion of flavours in you mouth! Finally, let yourself be surprised by our starter of Uramaki eel tempura, goat cheese and habanero mayonnaise. What a way to start!
If the flavours of our starters have left you speechless, wait until you try the main dishes we have prepared at our Malaga restaurant. We start with an exquisite Baked sea bass, cauliflower cous cous and green pepper sauce. And if you’re more of a meat person, watch out for our Orange Roast Duck with Ginger and Shallots Butter Potatoes. We are looking forward for you to try them! Finally, sweeten this special day with our spectacular Tocinillo de cielo and lemon zest ice-cream. You’ll love it!
Of course, this fantastic menu could not be complete without pairing it with the best wines. Taste the fantastic Bodega Blanca Navidad, which consists of a delicious Javier Sanz, a Sauvignon Blanc with D.O. Rueda, and an exquisite Daimon, a variety of Garnacha with D.O. Rioja. On the other hand, if you prefer, you can choose the Premium wines and you will taste an excellent Andrés y Tito, a Sauvignon Blanc with D.O. Sierras de Málaga, and the incomparable Crápula Gold, a variety of Monastrell and Syrah with D.O. Jumilla. Which one will you get?

To enter the new year on the right foot, we start with a delicious Cut of foie, yogurt and Axarquia mango, where the sweetness highlights the softness of the foie. Then, let yourself be surprised by the wonderful Potato and Oxtail Croquette with mayonnaise in its juice. An unbeatable taste! To finish off the starters, you can’t miss our False Risotto of pilpil cod, which won’t leave anyone indifferent.
Since we’ve warmed up with the starters, leave room for the main courses. There is room here for both fish and meat lovers. Taste the exquisite Roasted Corvina with crab bouillabaisse and cachelo potatoes , and then enjoy our succulent Flaky sirloin, potatoes, mushrooms and truffle sauce. Will you miss them? They will start with some very Christmasy starters, made up of a delicious Manchego cheese, some creamy chicken croquettes and some tasty cubes of Iberian cured ham. You can then choose as a main course the succulent Iberian Presa with potatoes or the exquisite Chicken Milanese with spaghetti.
