This menu, which we’ve called White Christmas, will get you in the Christmas spirit. It starts with a delicious Focaccia with spicy tuna tartar, foie and parmesan cheese, a starter that you will not want to miss on this special day. Next, you’ll savour the amazing Pibil Pork Bomb with Jalapeño-Mayo. An explosion of flavours in you mouth! Finally, let yourself be surprised by our starter of Uramaki eel tempura, goat cheese and habanero mayonnaise. What a way to start!
If the flavours of our starters have left you speechless, wait until you try the main dishes we have prepared at our Malaga restaurant. We start with an exquisite Baked sea bass, cauliflower cous cous and green pepper sauce. And if you’re more of a meat person, watch out for our Orange Roast Duck with Ginger and Shallots Butter Potatoes. We are looking forward for you to try them!
