Before the beginning of the New Year, Malaga lights up its streets with a Christmas touch and our aim is organising an unforgettable New Year’s Eve 2018 in our facilities. The evening will begin with a welcome drink for our guests and, just after that, we will offer the dishes of our special menu. You won’t know which one to try first with our varied starters for sharing like the exotic Shabu of mature dentex fish and liquid cocktail of chipotle citrics with pisco, the tempting Tuna belly – true & foie micuit warm nigiri or the Spicy-sour consommé, lacquered bacon, alyssum and mature sheep lace. Sounds good, right?
After these delicacies, the main courses will arrive: on one hand the tasty Lightly roasted red mullet, aiseed tones, creamy rice and codium seaweed and on the other hand the innovative Bresse pigeon -pomegranate -amanitas -tequila bordelaise sauce. And then we’ll continue with the sweetest dishes of the menu: who doesn’t feel like eating such a traditional Christmas dessert like the Nougat cubed? Of course, we also have the well-known Lucky grapes and a bottle of cava which will accompany us in the beginning of the New Year.
