On November 20, you have an appointment at our Yubá restaurant to enjoy the final stop of our gastronomic tour Travelling with Friends. And, before arriving in Asia, the chef Mario Rosado from Yubá has chosen his travel companion: Álvaro Ávila, La Alvaroteca chef. Together they went on an incredible adventure to delight 90 diners with a 4-hand international menu, in which you will be able to taste a number of Mediterranean and Asian flavours.
This travel of sensations begins with very tasty starters. Let yourself be surprised by the freshness of the Prawns, veal and avocado tartar with pickled Jalapeño peppers and Tikka masala cold soup or the intensity of the Crunchy pancake filled with Char siu style roasted pork, spring onions and aromatics. It won’t be easy to make a decision. And hold on, because this journey has just begun. Then come the exotic main courses. Delight yourself with the exquisite Tripe gyozas and its Gazpachuelo soup or the amazing flavour of the Pekin style smocked and lacquered duck Tsukune, over Chow mein noodles.
While you meditate on which one you liked the most, this adventure heads towards desserts, the sweetest destination. Go for it with the Japanese-style mille-feuille, yuzu and Matcha tea or taste the Gulab yamun with vanilla honey.
