The organisation of events in Malaga has no limits: many hotels in Malaga organise all kind of activities within their facilities. This time, Malaga Premium Hotel has received a project that promotes rural tourism and helps to gain first-hand knowledge about gastronomy and culture in the different towns of the province. The event is called A una hora de… Málaga (on this occasion), a project that promotes gastronomy and tourism organised by Red Guadalinfo with the collaboration of different administrative bodies in order to highlight some key features of places located nearly an hour away from the chosen capital city.
The project A una hora de Malaga took place close to our centric hotel in Malaga. Our Terraza de San Juan was chosen as a meeting point for all 50 attendants. They enjoyed an incredible cocktail while sharing insights about the project and rural tourism of the province. Keep on reading to find out all the details of the activity!
A Una Hora de Málaga in Our Hotel in Malaga: Rural Tourism in The Province
A una hora de… has nine editions behind its back and now it was time to organise an event in Malaga. This project was born with the aim of offering a range of little-known places in Andalusian rural tourism to the widest possible audience. This way all attendants can get to know the unbelievable historical, cultural and gastronomic heritage of these places. For these promotion actions, renowned influencers are invited to enjoy a tourist and gastronomic route through different municipalities in the Andalusian provinces.
On these routes, focused on rural tourism, we can discover, for instance, restaurants that offer their typical dishes, as well as the most emblematic monuments and iconic natural landscapes of these places. Restaurants are responsible for giving attendants the best in their menus, just as our Yubá and Bendito restaurants did with their local and exotic gastronomic offer.
The Valuable Assistance of our Collaborators in A Una Hora de Málaga
As in any project, collaborators’ contribution is essential. In the case of A una hora de Málaga, the event has received a valuable assistance of Garum Motor Ford, that loaned some vehicles for the activity; the Provincial Council of Malaga; the involved municipalities and Cruzcampo among others. Riding a Ford Kuga, the attendants had the opportunity of visiting and enjoying municipalities of Malaga like Alozaina, Guaro, El Burgo, Pizarra and Casarabonela.
Our centric hotel in Malaga, with extended experience in organising events, was the meeting point for this interesting initiative.
50 attendants met on our Terraza de San Juan, including influencers closely related to travelling and gastronomy blogs, as well as some journalists of well-known media. Málaga Hoy, “El Viajero” of El País, Guíame por el mundo blog or Urban Explorers are only some of the media represented in the cocktail, celebrated on our rooftop terrace.
