The great gastronomic event that Malaga Premium Hotel has organized to celebrate its sixth anniversary in our city is approaching. As it could not be otherwise, our kitchen team wants to celebrate our sixth anniversary in style and invites you to be part of the two great dinners we have planned. The first one will take place on the next July 10th at 9.00 pm in La Terraza de San Juan and the second one will be hosted by our Malaga restaurant Bendito, which will organize an exquisite anniversary dinner on July 14th at 9.00 pm. Gastronomic Event in Malaga: La Terraza de San Juan Dresses Up to Celebrate Our Sixth Anniversary

Yes, you read it right. At Malaga Premium Hotel we are celebrating. It’s our sixth anniversary and we want to celebrate it with you! In these six years we have met many goals, we have grown and increased the Premium family and, above all, we have enjoyed fulfilling dreams together with all of you. Therefore, what better way to celebrate this anniversary than by enjoying the exquisite cuisine that characterizes us.

The celebration of our anniversary will start on July 10th at 9.00 pm with a wonderful dinner under the stars. La Terraza de San Juan is decorated to welcome our diners and offer a menu with wine pairing that will make the most select palates vibrate. Let’s see what surprises this gastronomic event in Malaga has in store for us!

We start the night with some delicious starters with very varied flavours: See bass ceviche, cockles and roasted avocado with coconut, lime, keffir and sisho verdeguanciale oil, Bluefin tuna belly uramaki fried in tempura, scented onion and chocolate habanero mayonnaise and Cochinita pibil ssam. A great variety of flavours that is only the beginning of this magnificent anniversary dinner.

Let’s now move on to the main courses. As a first proposal we present “The capresse that wanted to be gazpacho”, an exquisite basil gazpacho, lightly roasted cherries and straciatella that will not leave anyone unemotional. Next, we welcome the juicy acorn-fed Iberian pork in a marinade of green harissa to the robata, on cassava with parmesan and cilantro and curry vinaigrette. Is your mouth already watering just to imagine it? Finally, as a final highlight, savour the amazing Cuttlefish shoulder, berries, blackberry cream puff and Candy cotton, an authentic explosion of sweet flavours on your palate.

Well, it does not end here because, as you know, an authentic Premium menu is always enjoyed twice as much if you pair it with the most exquisite selection of our winery. Among our stars, you can taste the delicious Michelada 2.0, the sauvignon blanc Dos Carlos, the exquisite local flavour of Los Aguilares or the fresh Sunset of San Juan. Bendito Restaurant in Malaga Invites You to Its Anniversary Dinner with Wine Pairing

As two dinners are always better than one, from Malaga Premium Hotel we have invited Bendito to celebrate his own anniversary dinner. It will take place on July 14 at 9.00 pm in the fantastic lounges of our Malaga restaurant. In addition, to make it even more special, the event will be enlivened by the live music of Diego Lara. Let’s meet the delicacies on this menu!

To begin the excellent anniversary menu of Bendito, we present the tasty Summer trio: roasted sardine, candied Guadalfeo tomato and calm lettuce emulsion. Nothing better than the combination of local flavours and the Premium touch of our chefs to whet your appetite. Next, you will be able to taste the delicious Fig pie of the Axarquía, payoya goat cottage cheese and salted sesame praline, in which the sweet and salty nuances merge perfectly.

Now, let’s make way for the Creamy pasta puntalettes with sea ox, milk-caps and roasted pumpkin that will be closely followed by the exquisite Cake of baked back goat with toasted juice of monte and comte cheese. We warn you that it will be difficult to overcome the real explosion of flavour that these delicacies will cause on your palate. Finally, sweeten the evening with a Millefeuille of caramelized hazelnuts, vanilla soup and PX grape syrup. Sounds delicious, right?
