The Arrabal AID Association is composed of professionals from different areas. They are responsible for the implementation of training, professional development and social animation methodologies in accordance with each person’s needs, especially those who are unemployed or at risk of social exclusion. Their main focus is to promote employment, entrepreneurship and proactivity.
Among its development lines, we can find the Incorpora joven Gastrochef project, a programme promoted by La Caixa. It allows 15 students with employability difficulties to learn about different subjects, ranging from basic culinary concepts to complex creative cooking techniques, in order to increase their chances to find a job.

The students from Gastrochef will delicately cook a mouth-watering menu in our Yuba restaurant for you to enjoy in a wonderful charity night and a pleasant atmosphere. The menu, consisting of a drink, a main course and a dessert, will be also served to restaurateurs, food critics and cooking experts.
