Soulkitchen: Charity gala dinner at our gastro-hotel
We are glad to announce that next October 18th our gastro-hotel will be holding, in collaboration with the Arrabal AID Association, co-organizer of the gala along with our hotel team, a charity gala dinner at Yubá. Do not miss out on this unique opportunity to contribute to a good cause while enjoying a superb meal in our restaurant in the very heart of Malaga. Want to learn more on this?
What is the Arrabal AID Association?
The Arrabal AID Association is composed of professionals from different areas. They are responsible for the implementation of training, professional development and social animation methodologies in accordance with each person’s needs, especially those who are unemployed or at risk of social exclusion. Their main focus is to promote employment, entrepreneurship and proactivity.
Among its development lines, we can find the Incorpora joven Gastrochef project, a programme promoted by La Caixa. It allows 15 students with employability difficulties to learn about different subjects, ranging from basic culinary concepts to complex creative cooking techniques, in order to increase their chances to find a job.
What about contributing to the cause while enjoying the best gastronomic tourism?
If you want to do your bit, simply drop by our gastro-hotel next October18th, at 21:00h. The students from Gastrochef will delicately cook a mouth-watering menu in our Yuba restaurant for you to enjoy in a wonderful charity night and a pleasant atmosphere. Indeed, at Malaga Premium Hotel it is possible to enjoy a delicious meal while helping others as well!
The menu, consisting of a drink, a main course and a dessert, will be also served to restaurateurs, food critics and cooking experts. For as little as 20 euros, you will be able to choose from a wide variety of specialties, such as Bittersweet Pork Nem in Vietnamese Style or the Black Tempura Cod, Celery with a slight Vanilla taste and Togarashi Ali-oli. A combination of flavours that a real foodie cannot definitely miss!
