But what is Benditos’s latest Premium experience about? En Petit Comité is a series of gastronomic events that will take place every Thursday, from 10 February 2022, during dinners.
It consists of a total of 5 courses, prepared and plated by the chef in front of the lucky diners. During the elaboration and plating process of the 5 delicacies that make up the menu En Petit Comité our chef will tell you all the secrets of the elaboration, the why of the techniques used and how the inspiration for his creations came. You were looking for a showcooking in Malaga and you will leave with a gastronomic experience in the form of a guided tasting.
But the ideas and advice of our kitchen team does not stay on the plates. Your glasses will be filled with the best wines if you dare to let yourself be guided by these pairing masters.
