It’s official: our Malaga restaurants are back! After a hard confinement, we were eager to reopen our doors to make you enjoy the best avant-garde cuisine with all the safety measures typical of this “new normality”. And to celebrate the return in style, we present a special new Yubá restaurant menu, which offers two options with excellent pairings. Are you curious about it? Keep reading!
We know you like travelling around the world and discovering new flavours in every dish as much as we do. However, as this is such a special occasion, we want you to travel around our land and explore our extensive recipe book, without losing sight of the characteristic Yubá touch that you like so much. Are you looking forward to meeting the new Yubá restaurant menu? From June 15th, on the occasion of our reopening, you will have the opportunity to taste the great selection of dishes that we propose below.
This journey through Malaga land and cuisine begins with an exquisite Local garlic cold soup with cured sardines, loquats and Pajarete wine slush, which will provide a much-needed coolness on these hot summer days ahead. Next, we move on to a classic Andalusian stew, wheat and fennel pot. An excellent start, right? We continue with the star dish: the exquisite Steamed sea bass over roasted leeks and toasted juice of its fish bones. A delicacy which will make your mouth water. As if this weren’t enough, you can enjoy a succulent Goat pie with Malaga’s goat cheese and chards. Taste and textures fighting for the lead. Finally, taste our Creamy local avocado and palocream, which is the perfect final touch for this great celebration menu.

As the occasion deserves, we wanted to offer you a second menu for those who love good food. If you consider yourself a true gourmet, you will not be able to resist the charms of this delicate celebration menu. Let’s see what delicacies are awaiting us!
This second menu is composed of the same main courses as the previous one, but it has a beginning and an end that will not leave anyone indifferent. We begin this sensory journey with some delicious appetizers: Herminac’s mini violet carrot crudité with Masala style kefir, Soufflé bread, red tuna belly and tartar sauce and Alora’s olive filled with cod and harissa stew. A tasty Dogfish meatball and its spicy bouillon is added to the main courses. Finally, sweeten your menu with our Dark chocolate with Finca de la Torre olive oil and cachorreñas oranges.
And don’t forget that a Premium menu is accompanied by an exclusive pairing. On this occasion, we suggest the exquisite Javier Sanz, a Sauvignon Blanc with D.O. Rueda, the exclusive Jarel, with Moscatel de Alejandría grapes and D.O. Sierras de Málaga, the delicious 6+6, with Tempranillo and Syrah grapes and D.O. Sierras de Málaga or the final touch of the Dulce Maestro, with Moscatel de Alejandría grapes and D.O. Sierras de Málaga.
