Christmas is to share. That’s why our Malaga restaurant offers a menu that offers you several proposals to share: The Makalu menu. Choose between exotic dishes as the Japanese Carbonara Xiaolongbao with Bacon and candied Enokis or the delicious Airmango Salad with Kale, Goat Cheese with Muscovado Sugar and Oregano Style Grape Tomato, among others. But that’s not all! Our selected wines can be a good accompaniment to those dishes, finishing all over with a delicious desert: Caramelized banana, white chocolate and passion fruit foam cup.
If what you like is to share in those group events but at the same time you want to keep an individual option, we have three menus to fulfil your desires. A range of options to choose from! Delight yourself with the Vangra menu, opening your mouth with a delicious Scrambled eggs with lacquered duck and fried leek to share and immediately after you can choose between a tasty Iberian Pork Sirloin Tonkatsu with Corn in Different Textures or a succulent Salmon Micuit and creamy Venere Rice with Huacatay. Don’t forget the desert!

Moreover, other options for your business meal are Himalaya and Everest menu with high level dishes. The Himalaya offers a delicious Flambé Taco with Squid Tempura, Fruits Kimchee and Crispy Algae with Wasabi, followed by a tasty main course consisting of Charcoal Iberian pork shoulder with sautéed wheat and boletus sauce. Culminate with a sophisticated desert of Chocolate & bitter orange textures. Instead, if you prefer to choose the Everest menu, take for granted that you will feel in the edge of the world since the starter: a magnificent Tempura King Prawns, roasted Pineapple and Honey Peanuts Salad.
